A minimum charge of $33.50 per month shall be applied to all residential users for water consumption up to the first 1,500 gallons per month. A basic user rate of $3.15 per 1,000 gallons shall be applied to all users for water consumption in excess of the first 1,500 gallons per month.

All commercial users will be metered and no flat rate will be charged.
