Sewer Connection Check List

                                                                                                        1.  _______           Piping 4-6” PVC schedule 40 or SDR-26

                                             2.   _____           Fall no less than 1/8” and no more than 1/4”per foot

                       3.   _____           Clean out 5’ from house and every 50’

                 4.   _____           Clean out no less than 3” diameter

                  5.   _____           No elbows greater than 45 degrees

                                                   6.   _____           No sump pumps, down spouts, etc., hooked to system

                                                          7.   _____           Rigid or rubber transition fittings w/stainless clamps at connection

                  8.   _____           Septic pumped (receipt required)

 9.   _____           Septic broke and filled

10. _____           Septic outlets plugged
