In 2015, Homer Community Improvement Association (HCIA) took over town events and activities. In 2016 HCIA developed a subcommittee called the Homer Activity Committee (HAC). HAC creates and organizes multiple events in Homer including town wide garage sales, Kraze Daze, and Christmas in Homer. HAC is always looking for new members.
